Here in Mima city, Japanese umbrellas used to be popular, and many Japanese umbrellas were shipped. It is the only Japanese umbrella production workshop in Shikoku, and it is a plan where you can thoroughly experience the finishing process under the direct guidance of Japanese umbrella craftsmen who have inherited traditional techniques. You will be asked to take home the finished Japanese umbrella as a souvenir.
Accommodation is at the hotel “Peige Moriguchi” in the Udatsu townscape, which has been renovated from an old private house.
Also, for dinner, enjoy an Italian course menu at the popular restaurant “PUNTA,” which is also located in the Udatsu townscape.

【Course content】
Day 1
・Meeting at 13:00 at Wana Kobo (Mima Tourism Bureau)
・After 120 minutes of Japanese umbrella making experience (Japanese paper wrapping), guide to the streets of Udatsu
・Check-in at Peisage Moriguchi Dinner: at PUNTA
Day 2
・Breakfast at the hotel, check out of the hotel, then move to the Japanese umbrella workshop
・Japanese umbrella making experience on the 2nd day at the Japanese umbrella workshop (folding, with a cup attached) for 90 minutes
・After completing My Japanese Umbrella, I took a commemorative photo with the instructor in the Udatsu townscape, and the experience ended
